About The Position

OSL is seeking motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales and Marketing Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors for their client, Bell Canada. This role involves engaging residential customers face-to-face to sell Bell's TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home products. The position offers a competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure with potential earnings of $90,000-$100,000+ per year. OSL is an award-winning, people-first organization specializing in outsourced sales solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
Working from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
Delivering a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
Conducting weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.
