About The Position

OSL is seeking motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales and Marketing Representatives to serve as brand ambassadors for their client, Bell Canada. This role involves engaging residential customers face-to-face to market and sell Bell's TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home products. The position offers a competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure with potential earnings of $90,000-$100,000+ per year. Responsibilities

  • Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
  • Working from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
  • Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Delivering a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
  • Weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
  • Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
  • Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.
