About The Position

OSL is seeking Bilingual Sales and Marketing Representatives to act as brand ambassadors for Bell Canada. This role involves connecting with residential customers face-to-face, primarily through canvassing and cold calling, to sell Bell's TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home products. The representatives will work from a client-provided territory lead list, identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and deliver a high level of customer service. The position requires weekly team meetings for strategy and reporting, and the use of Salesforce CRM. Representatives are expected to conduct themselves with optimism, empathy, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is mandatory.
  • Access to a vehicle is required for this role.

  • An expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging residential customers face-to-face through tactics such as canvassing and cold calling.
  • Working from a client-provided territory lead list to effectively market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas.
  • Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Delivering a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
  • Conducting weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
  • Utilizing the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage your lead funnel.
  • Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, Bell Canada.
