About The Position

This is a full-time Bilingual Store Lead position in Buda, TX. The role involves selling wireless phones, services, and accessories, providing outstanding customer service, and retaining/gaining customers. Responsibilities include performing opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and participating in marketing activities. Management duties include enforcing scheduling and OT policies, cash handling, inventory procedures, handling customer escalations, driving sales with the team, and coaching the sales team on results and operational controls.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of Wireless Experience
  • One (1) year of proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
  • Must be able to pass background checks
  • 6 months or more Experience with coaching or training others
  • 6 months or more Experience as a Key holder, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Sell Wireless phones, services, and accessories
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers
  • Retain customers and gain new customers
  • Perform opening and closing procedures daily
  • Ensure maintenance of the store (bathrooms clean, sales floor clean, trash taken out daily)
  • Follow planogram
  • Report maintenance issues to the manager or maintenance department
  • Participate in outside activities such as manning table events, tents/tables at local fairs, and other marketing activities
  • Engage with customers, represent AT&T products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown at outside sales events
  • Enforce scheduling and OT policies when the Manager is absent
  • Follow cash handling and inventory procedures when the Manager is absent
  • Handle customer escalation issues when the Manager is absent
  • Drive sales with the sales team when the Manager is absent
  • Work side by side with all employees to assist in all operational and sales requirements
  • Assist in coaching the sales team on results, and executing the sales model and operational controls
