About The Position

The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. On top of providing customer service and facilitating sales, you will also build professional relationships with customers, and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable), check cashing and card services. Bilingual – Spanish Preferred. ACE Cash Express employees are our company's greatest asset. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most of our markets.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area is required, contingent on state specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

  • It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience.
  • Bilingual – Spanish Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Understanding customers’ unique needs and recommending appropriate ACE products and services.
  • Supporting Sales Associates and guiding them toward success in their roles.
  • Prioritizing active listening, clear communication, and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Managing operations and driving overall store performance, which may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and marketing strategies, including marketing in the community.
  • Train and support store employees in product knowledge.
  • Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service.
  • Store Managers will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers.
