Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

Midway StaffingBolingbrook, IL

About The Position

This is the job for people who hate sitting still. Some jobs you clock into. This one you dive into. At Midway Staffing, we connect real people with real opportunities at some of the most respected light industrial employers around Mesquite, and we solve the workforce problems our clients lose sleep over. As a Staffing Coordinator, you're the face of your branch. You're the person a client calls at 6 AM when they're short a full crew for the morning line. You're the person a job seeker never forgets because you actually picked up the phone and followed through. If your favorite feeling is the click of an open order getting filled fast and filled right, we should talk. Your day, start to finish No two days look alike, and that's exactly why you'll love it. You'll open the door to a walk-in candidate and have them interviewed before lunch. You'll talk a client off a ledge and cover their shift before they even finish explaining the problem. You'll dive into the ATS and leave it cleaner than you found it. Onboarding paperwork, background checks, first-day prep, live placements to check on. You'll keep all of it moving, and you'll keep all of it tight. The people who win here are the ones who get sharper when the day speeds up. Who see the problem coming and head it off before it turns into an escalation. Who watch their numbers like they own them, because they do. Fill rate, retention, attendance, client satisfaction. You'll move those numbers, and you'll feel the win every time they climb.
