About The Position

Midway Staffing connects individuals with light industrial employment opportunities. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and job seekers at your branch, responsible for filling open orders quickly and accurately. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Ability to conduct in-person and phone interviews with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to build rapport quickly and gain trust.
Clear and direct communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Urgency and follow-through in all tasks.

Nice To Haves

Staffing agency experience is a bonus.
Prior ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Match candidates to appropriate roles and ensure successful placements.
Partner with recruiters and Branch Manager on hiring strategy.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment drives.
Monitor the local job market to stay ahead of client needs.
Ensure client and placement satisfaction after a role is filled.
Manage onboarding paperwork, background checks, and first-day preparations.
Handle client inquiries and urgent staffing needs, including early morning calls.
Maintain and organize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Check on live placements to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
