Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Comfortable running in-person and phone interviews with sharp attention to detail
• Solid with Microsoft and/or Google Suite
• Prior ATS experience is a plus
• Ability to build rapport quickly and gain trust
• Clear and direct communication skills
• Ability to manage nervous candidates and demanding clients
• Skill in juggling multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solving ability
• Urgency and follow-through
• Preference for busy days over slow ones

• Staffing agency experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Match candidates to roles.
• Partner with recruiters and Branch Manager on hiring strategy.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment drives.
• Monitor the Mesquite job market.
• Ensure client and job seeker satisfaction after placement.
• Handle onboarding paperwork, background checks, and first-day preparation.
• Manage live placements and check on them.
• Maintain and clean the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Cover shifts for clients when they are short-staffed.
