About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and guiding them through their options using a consultative sales approach. The role involves meeting sales targets, earning commission, and utilizing AT&T's products and services. Responsibilities include community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience.
