About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T. The position involves creating meaningful connections with customers, utilizing personalized sales expertise, and meeting sales targets by offering AT&T’s full suite of products and services, including the latest devices. Consultants will engage in consultative sales, guiding customers through options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. The company provides tools, training, and coaching to help consultants meet and exceed goals. The role emphasizes connecting families, communities, and businesses through AT&T's innovative products and services, including 5G and Fiber.
