About The Position

This position is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant located in Chesapeake, VA. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise and meeting sales targets using AT&T's full suite of products and services. Consultants will engage in consultative sales on the floor, guide customers through options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching will be provided for those without prior sales experience. The position offers a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission opportunities.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
