About The Position

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English? Your primary objective will be to forge meaningful connections with customers through your personalized sales expertise. Success in meeting sales targets and earning commission is achieved by leveraging AT&T’s comprehensive product suite, including the latest devices and services designed to connect people. On the sales floor, you will employ a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their various options, allowing your passion for helping others to shine. You will also engage with the community through events, process online orders, and conduct outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers. The work schedule spans from 9 am to 9 pm, including weekends, to ensure customer needs are met. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to keep pace with evolving technology and customer service strategies. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as AT&T commits to providing the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you achieve and surpass your goals.
