About The Position

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach on the retail sales floor, connecting customers with AT&T devices, services, and personalized solutions. Consultants work toward sales targets and earn commission, with tools, training, and coaching available for candidates without prior sales experience. The position requires office presence at least five days per week at the listed San Leandro location; relocation is not offered. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Seniority-based monthly schedules are provided two weeks in advance. The work is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Pay is $21.7125–$25.6125 per hour, plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped; top sellers who exceed goals can earn $62,460 per year. Starting pay within the stated range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. Qualified hires may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the stated eligibility and payout terms.
