Requirements
- Complete fluency in Spanish and English across verbal and written communication.
- Ability to commute daily to the St. Charles office; the role is on-site with no remote or hybrid option.
- Good overall computer proficiency and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Strong multitasking capabilities and high attention to detail.
- An active health/life insurance license, or the ability to study for and pass the state exam.
Responsibilities
- Work from the St. Charles office and communicate with clients fluently in Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Manage client profiles and active enrollments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Use desktop computers, CRM databases, and specialized insurance software to track leads and accurately log applications.
- Advise clients on Medicare health, life, and supplemental insurance options.
