About The Position

Foundever is seeking an on-site Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative at its Fort Smith, Arkansas office. The role involves assisting customers and providing professional, empathetic service. Candidates must live in Fort Smith or within commuting distance of the office at 4600 Towson Ave #275, Fort Smith, AR 72901. The position requires at least 40 hours per week, with weekend availability as needed and flexible availability during operating hours. Paid training is provided at $15 per hour; starting pay after training is $19 per hour. Requirements

• Fluent spoken English and Spanish.
• Must reside in Fort Smith, Arkansas, or within commuting distance of the office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Professional attitude and strong customer-service aptitude.
• Dependable and responsible, with a strong commitment to the role.
• Ability to learn independently and successfully pass paid training.
• Flexible availability during operating hours, with weekend availability as needed.

• Six months to one year of relevant work experience is preferred.
