Provide casework services and advocate for clients in the Holocaust Survivor Program. This role involves conducting intakes, providing information and referrals, screening clients for entitlements and benefits, assessing clients in various settings, advocating on behalf of clients, developing and implementing care plans, providing supportive counseling, maintaining communication with clients and families, documenting case notes, and preparing required documentation. The position also requires maintaining and reporting on statistics, participating in supervision and staff meetings, facilitating group activities, and potentially supervising social work students. Adherence to organizational standards, including mandatory annual trainings and policies on absenteeism, appearance, health, and safety, is expected.
