About The Position

Our National Business Enablement Talent Attraction team is looking for an extremely capable and experienced Talent Attraction Manager to join our team. Our team members are equipped with solid business and recruitment acumen and provide a strategic lens to recruiting the very best technical talent. A strong ability and desire to develop and nurture stakeholder relationships in a complex environment, coupled with an unwavering commitment to a best-in-class candidate experience, are key to this position. Working closely with the Talent Attraction Lead, the Talent Attraction Manager will be actively engaged in the growth of our Business Enablement client group as we strengthen our position in the Canadian marketplace. Our team fosters a creative and innovative approach to talent attraction, candidate engagement, employer branding and ID&E with an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ approach that contributes to our success and refinement. The successful candidate for this role will be passionate about people and curious about how they can grow and thrive in their workplace, their careers and their lives.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience ideally in a mix of high-volume national organization, Executive/Contingency Search and/or corporate recruitment environments
  • Innate ability for building and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience providing guidance to executive level Hiring Managers and handling expectations applicably
  • Demonstrated use of effective and best in class sourcing and candidate generation techniques
  • Strong ability and experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders in multiple locations simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position, as the incumbent will be required to draft and review documents in English, assess candidates' oral and written English language abilities, and regularly participate in meetings and national calls with teams located outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment strategy and lead talent attraction efforts within a national role
  • Develop comprehensive talent strategies and candidate pipelines via best-in-class sourcing and generation techniques incorporating an inclusive and diverse approach, co-lead regular stakeholder update meetings
  • Adherence to compliance requirements in accordance with internal processes
  • Utilize a consultative approach with our leaders throughout the search process, provide consistent communication and incredible client service
  • Act with a sense of urgency while providing an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience
  • Actively network and nurture long-term relationships with prospective talent
  • Coach and educate hiring managers to continuously improve their talent attraction understanding and capability
  • Embed AI into workflows where possible to increase quality and efficiency
