Requirements

3+ years in recruitment specifically in high-volume, blue-collar, or industrial/skilled trades hiring
Bilingual (French/English) proficiency
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Proficiency with ATS platforms
Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
