About The Position

The Acquisition Group, a marketing and consulting firm, is expanding its call center team to represent TELUS Communications. They are looking for motivated, positive, and ambitious individuals ready to build a long-term career in customer service and sales. The role involves educating customers on TELUS products and services, making outbound calls to create awareness, and handling inbound calls to address inquiries and resolve concerns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a solid work ethic. Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
  • Ability to work full-time: Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM – 3:50 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (up to twice per month)
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Educating customers on TELUS products and services by clearly explaining features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community about available services and upcoming offers.
  • Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
  • Actively listening to customer needs and offering clear, helpful answers to their questions.
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
