About The Position
Amtex Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to help provide outstanding experiences for customers. The company offers training on its mission, vision, and employees’ roles, and welcomes candidates with or without prior experience. The role involves building client relationships, selling insurance policies that meet customers’ needs, explaining coverage, and communicating with customers and sales representatives. Compensation is $12.00–$16.00 per hour. Amtex Insurance provides auto, renters, commercial, and Mexico insurance across Texas. Founded in 1999, the family business has grown to more than 85 locations and emphasizes competitive rates, customer service, and community involvement.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
- Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with clients.
- Sell policies that meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
- Communicate effectively by phone with customers and sales representatives.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person and over the phone.
