About The Position
Amtex Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to help provide outstanding experiences for customers and employees. The role involves building client relationships, selling insurance policies that meet customers’ needs, explaining policy coverages, and communicating with clients and sales representatives. Training is provided on the company’s mission, vision, and the employee’s role in its success. Amtex Insurance offers affordable auto, renters, commercial, and Mexico insurance across Texas and has more than 85 locations.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
- Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with clients.
- Sell policies that effectively meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives by phone.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person, over the phone, and through other channels.
- Analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
