About The Position
Amtex Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to help provide outstanding experiences for customers and employees. The company offers training on its mission, vision, and employees’ roles, and welcomes candidates with or without prior experience. The position focuses on building client relationships, selling insurance policies that meet client needs, explaining coverage, and communicating with customers and sales representatives. Compensation is $12.00–$16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
- Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with clients.
- Sell policies to meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
- Communicate effectively by phone with customers and sales representatives.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person, over the phone, and through other channels.
