About The Position

Amtex Insurance is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to help deliver outstanding experiences for customers and employees. The company provides training on its mission, vision, and employees’ roles, and offers a nurturing, collaborative environment. The representative builds client relationships, sells insurance policies suited to clients’ needs, explains policy coverages, and communicates with clients and sales representatives by phone and in person. Compensation is $12.00–$16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with clients.
• Sell policies that meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
• Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives by phone.
• Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person, over the phone, and through other channels.
