Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and a second language (Spanish preferred) with the ability to read, write, and speak both professionally
- 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience (New car franchise preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM operations (experience with DriveCentric is a major plus)
- Proven ability to source, "chase down," and convert leads
- Prior experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram is preferred
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and translate complex automotive features and financing terms clearly in both languages
- Diagnose customer needs and explain how our CDJR/Fiat lineup fits their lifestyle
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations to show exactly how their new car operates
- Proactively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate sales transactions and accurately complete all sales paperwork
- Help the dealership grow its presence within the local bilingual community
