About The Position
Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is expanding and actively hiring Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants to join their successful Sales team. The position focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience and guiding clients through the vehicle-buying process from start to finish. No automotive experience is required; candidates with customer-focused experience who enjoy helping people are encouraged to apply. Requirements
- Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email)
- A current valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle
- Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate sales transactions
- Attend training and sales meetings
- Complete sales transaction paperwork
