About The Position

La Vaquita Flea Market is the largest weekly gathering of Hispanic families in Northeast Georgia, with over 400 vendors and 35,000 visitors every weekend. This role is a blend of sales and community building, responsible for vendor leasing, driving sponsorship revenue, and planning cultural events. The ideal candidate will leverage their Spanish fluency to build relationships with the vendor community and their sales skills to maintain high booth occupancy. The company has established systems including a documented sales process, CRM pipelines, and email sequences, and is seeking someone to execute and manage these operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years in sales, leasing, business development, or a similar role responsible for revenue.
  • Comfortable managing a CRM (Pipedrive or similar) as part of a daily workflow.
  • Experience coordinating community events, festivals, or brand activations.
  • Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property management, retail leasing, or marketplace operations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Existing relationships in the Northeast Georgia business community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full vendor leasing pipeline from application to signed rental agreement to move-in, including qualifying leads, conducting booth showings, executing rental agreements, and coordinating with the operations team.
  • Operate daily in Pipedrive CRM, tracking interactions and reporting pipeline health weekly.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with local and regional businesses.
  • Plan and execute seasonal festivals, cultural celebrations, and vendor appreciation events.
  • Manage the event lifecycle from concept to cleanup, including timelines, budgets, contractors, and entertainment partners using ClickUp.
  • Partner closely with the Operations team on vendor onboarding, booth make-readies, and move-in logistics.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure events and new vendors are promoted across all channels.
