About The Position
The Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful customer connections and helps customers select AT&T products and personalized services. The consultant uses a consultative sales approach, meets sales targets, and earns commission by guiding customers through available options. The role also participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is part-time, with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. that includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The work is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer-service practices evolve. Training and coaching are provided for candidates without sales experience. The stated earnings range is $40,000 to $47,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
