Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant - PEMBROKE PINES, FL
About The Position
The Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful connections with customers by using personalized sales expertise and a consultative approach to guide them through product and service options. The role focuses on meeting sales targets and earning commission through AT&T products, devices, and services. Consultants also participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires Spanish and English language skills and offers training and coaching for candidates without prior sales experience. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. The role is based at the AT&T retail location in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
