Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, medical or remote technical support functions, or a related field.
• Proficiency in various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans.
• Proven success in remote customer service roles, especially in complex, high-volume environments.
