About The Position

Carenet Healthcare Services is seeking bilingual Registered Nurses to provide telehealth and virtual-care clinical triage assessments, health education, and other services to diverse patient and health-plan-member populations. Nurses guide patients by phone, video, chat, and other channels, using evidence-based protocols and individualized care to assess needs, direct patients to appropriate care, identify potential health problems, and support better health decisions. The role is work-from-home and offers meaningful patient interactions in a less physically demanding setting than a traditional clinical environment. Nurses work independently on routine clinical decisions within their license level, communicate with clients and team members, document interactions in management software, monitor dashboard metrics, and participate in coaching sessions. Full-time positions are available for 36–40 hours per week. Schedules include at least two weekend days every two weeks; differential pay may apply to certain shifts. Training lasts 2–4 weeks, with the first two weeks during daytime hours, and requires 100% attendance. Training takes place in a virtual, interactive classroom. The home office must meet certification requirements explained during the interview process. Start date: November 9, 2026. Carenet is not authorized to hire in IL, AK, CA, MA, MI, MN, NY, NV, NJ, OR, RI, WA, WV, HI, CT, DE, VT, or Puerto Rico. Applicants must reside and hold a qualifying compact license in one of the states listed in the posting.
