About The Position

BAYADA's New York Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Spanish-bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality home care. Nurses receive paid onboarding and training, including hands-on skills practice in a simulation lab and in-home meet-and-greets with clients before working independently. Clinical and administrative support is available through a 24/7 on-call service. The role offers the independence of home care nursing within a supportive team environment and provides one-to-one care to clients in their homes or at school.

The position pays up to $45 per hour, based on qualifications and availability. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider and complies with applicable state and local mandates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, documented by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN).

Responsibilities

• Travel to one nearby client.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform nursing skills autonomously in the client's home and at school.
