About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking experienced bilingual RN Case Managers in the Denver area to support workers' compensation cases. For over 30 years, The IMA Group has partnered with individuals, employers, insurance carriers, and government agencies to improve health and disability outcomes nationwide. As a Bilingual Field Nurse Case Manager, you will coordinate care for injured workers and serve as the liaison among providers, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and insurance carriers. This role offers flexible scheduling and caseload with true 1099 autonomy, focusing on care coordination and return-to-work outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Active Colorado RN license
- 3+ years of workers' compensation field case management experience
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort with electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Denver area
- Professional liability insurance, or ability to obtain it
Nice To Haves
- CCM, CRRN, or related certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor treatment plans, attending medical appointments as needed
- Assess medical necessity and treatment progress
- Plan return-to-work and transitional duty
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations
- Complete timely, detailed case reports
