About The Position

The IMA Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers to support workers’ compensation cases in the St. Louis area. The position focuses on making a meaningful impact on injured workers' recovery.

Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain.

Nice To Haves

• CCM, CRRN, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers.
• Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress.
• Communicate with providers, employers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
• Prepare case management reports and documentation.
• Support return-to-work planning and coordinate evaluations as needed.
