About The Position

This is a Contract to Perm, IN-OFFICE position for a Bilingual Recruiter in Houston, TX. The role involves changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. The recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interview and select the right people for opportunities, build a pipeline of potential employees, and conduct necessary pre-employment checks such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community to attract candidates
• Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires
