About The Position

This is a contract-to-perm, in-office position for a Bilingual Recruiter in Houston. The role involves changing lives by finding great people to work. A typical day includes team brainstorming, creative candidate attraction through marketing and social media, interviewing, building candidate pipelines, and managing order fulfillment. The recruiter will also conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to get candidates to work.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience
• 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
