About The Position
We are seeking a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role will initially be remote, with the expectation of transitioning to a hybrid model once our San Antonio office opens by the end of the year. The attorney will be responsible for managing personal injury case files from inception to completion, focusing on pre-litigation aspects.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 Years Personal injury plaintiff or defense experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Explain and execute Attorney-Client contract
- Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
- Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research
- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
- Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate
- Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
