About The Position

Thompson Law is seeking a personal injury attorney to lead a team of pre-litigation legal professionals in San Antonio, Texas. The attorney will manage all aspects of pre-litigation in a fast-paced team environment, focusing on properly developing cases for settlement or transfer to the litigation team. A dedicated support team—including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and case-closure staff—assists with the cases. The role involves hands-on management of numerous cases and firm employees, with opportunities to develop professionally and help the team serve clients.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years of personal injury-related experience on either the plaintiff or defense side, at a law firm or insurance company.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers and paralegals over the phone and in person.
Easygoing and passionate about helping people.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Personal injury pre-litigation and/or litigation experience.

Responsibilities
