Requirements

Active Wisconsin State Bar membership in good standing.
2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Personal injury or plaintiff litigation experience is a plus.
Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and client care.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from litigation through settlement, trial, or other resolution.
Evaluate liability, damages, case value, and develop litigation strategy tailored to each client.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Take and defend depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Prepare witnesses and exhibits, work with experts, and participate in trial proceedings.
Communicate regularly with clients, guide them through the litigation process, and negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
Work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and experts to move cases forward efficiently.
