About The Position

McKesson’s Rx Savings Solutions is seeking a Spanish-bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join its member support team. The role helps members understand prescription options, reduce out-of-pocket costs, and navigate pharmacy services using Rx Savings Solutions tools. It is a full-time position based in Overland Park, Kansas, with a hybrid work arrangement and some work-from-home flexibility after onboarding. The first approximately 60 days of training are onsite at the corporate headquarters.

The primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During training, the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be able to speak and write Spanish fluently and professionally.

Requirements

• Typically requires 3 or more years of related experience.
• Fluent, professional Spanish speaking and writing skills.
• Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare customer service, and/or healthcare call center environments.
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with members and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a regulated environment.
• Comfort navigating computer systems and multiple applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, or willingness to learn.
• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members and customers about prescription cost-saving opportunities.
• Educate members on how to identify and realize savings using Rx Savings Solutions tools and services.
• Assist with pharmacy claims questions, prescription transfers, and general pharmacy navigation.
• Make outbound calls to members requesting support through the online portal or auto-dialer.
• Coordinate internally to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct basic research related to pharmacy pricing and medication options.
• Clearly explain the benefits and value of Rx Savings Solutions services.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
