About The Position

We are seeking motivated, bilingual customer service professionals to join a fast-paced mortgage servicing call center. In this role, you will support homeowners across the country by handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with mortgage-related questions, and helping customers resolve past-due balances through customized payment solutions. Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Basic technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, systems navigation, data entry)
  • Comprehensive background check required (covering history from age 18 onward)
  • Credit check required as part of the hiring process

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in collections, financial services, or mortgage servicing
  • Familiarity with handling delinquent accounts or payment arrangements
  • Previous exposure to high-volume call environments

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding past-due mortgage payments and account status
  • Identify causes of delinquency and develop practical repayment solutions
  • Process payments and assist with general mortgage servicing inquiries (escrow, payoff, etc.)
  • Refer qualified customers to refinancing opportunities when applicable
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication during sensitive financial conversations
  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, schedule adherence, and resolution rates
