About The Position

Midway Staffing, a rapidly growing light industrial staffing firm, is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for a key client site in Wheeling, IL. This overnight role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves managing day-to-day staffing operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, onboarding talent, approving timecards, and ensuring client and associate satisfaction. Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
Recruiting experience — required (staffing agency experience strongly preferred).
1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport fast with candidates and clients.
Excellent organization and the ability to juggle priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Comfort conducting in-person and phone interviews with sharp attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Suite; ATS experience a plus.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — strong working solo and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Recruit and build the pipeline — source, screen, and interview light industrial talent (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, production) to keep the client fully staffed every shift.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and associates — answering questions, resolving issues, and building trust.
Review resumes, assess qualifications, and match top candidates to open roles based on client needs.
Own the onboarding process end to end: background checks, new-hire paperwork, and first-day logistics for a smooth, welcoming start.
Process and approve timecards accurately to support timely, payroll.
Run regular check-ins with associates and the client to drive satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing strategy and workforce planning.
