About The Position

Amplify Health is seeking a dedicated Bilingual OB/GYN, Women's Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Raleigh, NC. This Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care and clinical support to patients receiving obstetric and gynecologic services. This role supports providers in delivering compassionate, culturally competent care while ensuring clinical excellence, patient education, and care coordination in a community health clinic environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (in good standing)
• Graduation from an accredited ADN, BSN, or Nursing Diploma program
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical, organizational, and patient education skills
• Commitment to health equity, cultural competence, and community-based care

Nice To Haves

• 1–2+ years of OB/GYN, women’s health, or maternal health experience
• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with Epic Systems (EPIC)

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, assessments, and vital signs collection.
• Provide telephonic triage and medical guidance.
• Assist providers with OB/GYN exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and women’s health education.
• Administer medications and immunizations per clinical protocols.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system.
• Support infection control, patient safety, and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Advocate for patients and promote continuity of care.
