About The Position

LendingHouse is seeking a motivated, bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer who can generate a portion of their own business while also working company-provided leads and partnership opportunities. This position is designed for an originator who wants to grow their personal production while working closely with LendingHouse’s expanding network of real estate professionals and strategic partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable developing relationships in the field, and responsive when new company opportunities are assigned.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator license or the ability to become properly licensed before originating.
Comfortable working both independently and with company-provided opportunities.
Strong communication, relationship-building, sales, and follow-up skills.
Able to work in person and in the field throughout South Florida.
Organized, accountable, coachable, and comfortable using modern mortgage technology.

Nice To Haves

Some history of self-sourced mortgage production is strongly preferred.
Available to attend occasional evening and weekend events.
Familiarity with the South Florida real estate market is preferred.
Existing Realtor, community, or professional relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate mortgage business through personal relationships, networking, Realtor outreach, social media, events, and other self-sourcing activities.
Respond quickly and professionally to company-provided leads.
Work with clients generated through LendingHouse partnerships and the Closer platform.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other approved business partners.
Attend company events, property tours, networking opportunities, and partner meetings.
Meet with prospective clients and partners throughout South Florida.
Guide borrowers through the mortgage application and financing process.
Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and the operations team.
Manage an active pipeline from initial contact through closing.
Follow all company, federal, state, investor, and licensing requirements.
Participate in training, team meetings, and business-development initiatives.
