Bilingual Mental Health Therapist
About The Position
St Vincent's Behavioral Health Center in White Plains is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist to join its interdisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners. The community-based program collaborates with group medical practices and other healthcare providers, maintains connections with local school systems, and provides services through a dedicated child and adolescent division. Treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy for adults with a broad range of behavioral health challenges. The role offers the opportunity to apply and develop psychotherapy skills while serving a diverse community. Requirements
- A New York State behavioral health license is required.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
- Prior experience with electronic medical record documentation.
- LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC licensure is preferred; LP licensure will also be considered.
