About The Position

Alert Communications is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join their growing team in Puerto Rico as part-time Bilingual Remote Legal Intake Specialists. This role serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking personal injury assistance, setting the tone for their experience through empathy, active listening, and clear communication. Full training is provided, and no previous customer service experience is required. Alert Communications provides 24/7/365 live answering and intake services for the legal industry, supporting over 3,000 clients across North America.

Requirements

• Must reside in Puerto Rico.
• Fluent written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays.
• Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.
• A typing speed of 35+ WPM and comfort navigating multiple screens.
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace.
• PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher (No Macs, Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks).
• Wired USB headset with a mic.
• High-speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or DSL) hardwired via Ethernet cable directly to your modem or router.

Responsibilities

• Manage bilingual inbound calls and adapt your tone to each caller's needs.
• Gather and input accurate caller details using proprietary systems and protocols.
• Meet performance and productivity goals while managing time efficiently.
