About The Position

The Bilingual Legal Intake & Marketing Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and help keep the law firm’s front office operating smoothly. The role handles incoming calls, attorney calendars, client intake follow-up, engagement agreements, email, and day-to-day front-office communication. As the firm grows, the coordinator will also support social media and help strengthen the firm’s online presence. The firm serves individuals and families in Florida and New York, including in guardianship matters, and emphasizes responsive, compassionate client communication and close teamwork among attorneys and support staff. This is a full-time remote role, scheduled Monday to Friday on U.S. Eastern Time, for 40 hours per week.
