About The Position

A top Arkansas personal injury firm is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position works from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. The firm offers benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement benefits, and room for growth.

Requirements

• Previous inbound customer service experience.
• Experience in a legal department is required; law firm experience is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, use sound judgment, and seek solutions to potential problems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to type at least 55 words per minute.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for a multi-location practice.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with them.
• Create and manage intake files.
• Collect and record information from potential clients.
• Open new cases in case management software.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate team members.
