About The Position

Too Good To Go is seeking a Bilingual Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join their team in New York City. This role is hybrid and requires in-person attendance. The specialist will support key accounts by working closely with Key Partnership Managers, providing store-level support, tracking KPIs in dashboards, building relationships with store employees, and addressing opportunities and issues to ensure optimal store performance. The daily operations involve analyzing store performance, offering ongoing support for a positive customer experience, engaging with stores for continuous optimization, developing store engagement plans, and collaborating with the Key Accounts team to meet targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management with clients and key stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset and experience in working with performance metrics
  • Great communication skills over the phone, with the ability to be both expressive and convincing
  • A solution oriented way of working that is both innovative and data-informed
  • A collaborative mindset that can work in a structured manner and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Great organizational skills - an eye for detail and great administrative follow-ups
  • Someone who is energized by the perpetually changing environment that characterizes a scale-up
  • A self-starter who is efficient and able to maintain your own workload, but also gets energy from working together in a team and actively contributing to team meetings and targets
  • Bilingual language skills in French

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities
  • Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact
  • Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership
  • Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets and goals
