About The Position

Too Good To Go operates the world's largest marketplace for surplus food, connecting food businesses with consumers. They also create educational tools, offer an end-to-end surplus food management solution, and advocate for legislation to reduce food waste. Too Good To Go is a certified B Corp social impact company recognized for its innovation and impact. This role is hybrid and requires in-person attendance in Chicago. The Key Account Store Operations Specialist will support key accounts by working closely with Key Partnership Managers, providing store-level support, tracking KPIs, building relationships with store employees, and resolving issues to ensure optimal store performance. Daily operations include analyzing store performance, offering customer support, engaging with stores for optimization, developing engagement plans, and collaborating with the Key Accounts team.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management with clients and key stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset and experience in working with performance metrics
  • Great communication skills over the phone, with the ability to be both expressive and convincing
  • A solution oriented way of working that is both innovative and data-informed
  • A collaborative mindset that can work in a structured manner and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Great organizational skills - an eye for detail and great administrative follow-ups
  • Someone who is energized by the perpetually changing environment that characterizes a scale-up
  • A self-starter who is efficient and able to maintain your own workload, but also gets energy from working together in a team and actively contributing to team meetings and targets
  • Bilingual language skills in French

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities
  • Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact
  • Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership
  • Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets and goals
