The Key Account Store Operations Specialist will support key accounts by working closely with Key Partnership Managers, providing store-level support, tracking KPIs, building relationships with store employees, and resolving issues to ensure optimal store performance. Daily operations include analyzing store performance, offering customer support, engaging with stores for optimization, developing engagement plans, and collaborating with the Key Accounts team.
