About The Position

Maimone Legal is hiring an on-site, full-time Bilingual Intake Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The specialist is the first point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients considering a move to the United States. They conduct 7–10 scheduled phone and Zoom consultations each day in Japanese and English, learn about clients’ goals and timelines, explain relevant immigration pathways, and guide clients toward signing a retainer agreement. This is a client-facing consultation and intake role, not a translation position or a scripted conversation role.

The specialist follows up promptly with new leads, documents conversations, maintains the CRM, and works with attorneys, case managers, and the intake team. Compensation is $40,000 per year plus a bonus. The position also offers health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid sick days.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
• Experience in sales, client consultations, or customer service.
• Confidence and professionalism on the phone and on Zoom.
• Organizational skills and punctuality.
• Comfort owning and completing follow-ups.
• Ability to complete the Intake Specialist Readiness Program before the start date.

Responsibilities
